February 2011: Live Portait performance at Cubitt Gallery
A live performance by mime artist Julieta Kilgelmann, in the setting of PORTRAIT: an exhibition of self portraits by 14-16 year olds from Islington Arts and Media School.
Public Life: Free Drawing is an ongoing series of free public art workshops, taking place in public spaces, centres, and community venues throughout Islington.
So far we have drawn in a boxing club, on the top deck of a bus, in a busy market, a park, along the canal, and at at tea dance.
Cubitt Education is an artist-led, locally-focussed education and engagement programme, running across eight schools and four community centres in Islington.
