Public Life engaged with a group of senior citizens from the monthly Inside Art session, to draw along the canal near Angel; Capturing the slow rhythm of passing boats, joggers and cyclists.
Public Life: Free Drawing is an ongoing series of free public art workshops, taking place in public spaces, centres, and community venues throughout Islington.
So far we have drawn in a boxing club, on the top deck of a bus, in a busy market, a park, along the canal, and at at tea dance.
Cubitt Education is an artist-led, locally-focussed education and engagement programme, running across eight schools and four community centres in Islington.
